As a proud woman and healthcare provider who has personally navigated the challenges of PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), I understand the deep connection between how we feel on the inside and how we show up in the world. My own wellness journey opened my eyes to how often people are underserved, overlooked, or forced to choose between feeling good and looking good. I refused to accept that.
